The governor of Jammu & Kashmir state on Tuesday called upon the Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama who is presently station at the Shiwatsel Phodrang in the capital of Ladakh, Leh. Governor of the state met with His Holiness upon arrival in Leh before engaging with his official works in the region.
