Today Dr. Lobsang Sangay was sworn-in for second term of Sikyong in presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at Tsuglagkhang in Dharamshala. Dr. Sangay came out as the victor of the Sikyong 2016 election by defeating his counterpart Speaker of the 15th Parliament Mr. Penpa Tsering to a 57% majority of vote.
