Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama conferred with honorary doctorate today at the University of Mysuru. Pramoda Devi Wadiyar received honorary doctorate during the 97th convocation of the University of Mysuru. Governor Vajubhai R. Vala and Vice-Chancellor K.S. Rangappa were among those present.
