His Holiness the Dalai Lama today joined the public felicitation of the high-level US Congressional delegation who are visiting the Indian town Dharamshala which is the seat of the Central Tibetan Administration in exile. The US congressional delegation led by the US House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi consisted of eight representatives from United States spent two days in the town organized by the Central Tibetan Administration.
