There Are 3 Times More Buddhists Than Communists in China

According to a report in the Huffington post, it is being told that there are three times as many Buddhists as Communists in China and suggested that the Dalai Lama’s Tibet wish may require rapprochement with former adversaries. Despite the fact that China is technically a Communist country, there has been a certain degree of relaxation in terms of economy and religion for the past two to three decades.

Chinese are Traditionally Buddhist: Dalai Lama Begins 3 Days Teaching

The spiritual leader of Buddhist religion, His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Sunday began the three day teaching to more than 30,000 devotees at Bodh Gaya. His Holiness while beginning the teachings told that while reciting the ‘Heart Sutra’ where the Chances adds a verse, it tells us that the Chinese are traditionally Buddhist.
