Chinese authorities has renewed its efforts of reinforcing the ban on the pictures of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Tibet ahead of his 84th birthday. This new push from the Chinese authorities have now reached to the far flung remote nomadic locations of Tibet usually not covered under the police attention.
