H.H. The Dalai Lama Arrives In Belgium For 18-day European tour

His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet who left from his temporal residence in Dharamshala,India yesterday, has safely reached Belgium today to very warm welcome from the local community. His Holiness is visiting Europe for an 18 day tour to the countries; Belgium, France and Poland. The visit includes public talks on ethics beyond religion, teachings and visit to the European Parliament.

According to reports, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will inaugurate the seventh three-day Tibet Support Groups Conference on September 8 in Brussels and he will join in a dialogue on “Power and Care” organized by Mind & Life Europe from the Bozar Center for Fine Arts in Brussels from September 9-11th, according to his official website. His Holiness will give a public talk on “Individual Engagement and Global Responsibility” in the afternoon of September 11.

“His Holiness will give a one-day teaching on Nagarjuna’s Commentary on Bodhicitta (jangchup semdrel) and on September 18 morning His Holiness will confer an Avalokiteshvera Initiation (chenresig wang) organized by the Federation of Tibetan Buddhism.” in France says his official website.

After the programs in Strasbourg, France, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will visit Wroclaw in Poland for two days from September 21.
