Keanu Reeves, the star of Matrix: Resurrections, has followers all over the world. The actor has been announced as a special guest for the Tibet House United States Benefit Concert. As it turns out, this has not gone over well with the Chinese public, who are enraged by Neo’s fame. As a result, some have called for a boycott of the Keanu Reeves film in China.
According to a CBR report, Chinese nationalists are pushing for a boycott of Keanu Reeves’ Matrix Resurrections. This is supposed to be the result of Reeves’ support for Tibet which is occupied by the People’s Republic Of China.
Meanwhile, Keanu Reeves has remained silent regarding his appearance at the Tibet performance. There are specifics on how he will take part in the event. He’s only scheduled for March 3rd, alongside Patti Smith, Jason Isbell, and Iggy Pop, the latter of whom is scheduled for a special greeting.
Due to the pandemic, the Tibet House US Benefit Concert, which began in 1989, will be presented virtually this year. The event is supposed to be a step toward ensuring the Tibetan culture’s survival.
