Tibetan Parliament Approve Sikyong’s Minister Nomination, Topgyal Tsering
During the morning session of the on going Tibetan parliament sessions in Dharamshala, the members of the parliament approved Sikyong Lobsang Sangay’s minister nomination, Kashag secretary Topgyal Tsering. The new cabinet member is presumably expected to take the charge of Department of Information and International Relations.
