The Indian cricket superstar Mahender Singh Dhoni has recently got a nick name after the Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama. MS Dhoni features in an advertisement of the VIVO IPL 2021 where he dons a look of a monk and people are calling him Thalai Lama! This look of the sporting icon has come as a surprise to the fans and it instantly connected to the spiritual leader.

MS Dhoni is one of the most celebrated sporting icons of the country and he is known for being the best ever captain the national team has ever seen. With the Indian Premier League set to begin from next month, while he will be leading the Chennai Super Kings, he is the lead endorsement of the title campaigners of the league.
